My family has been going to West Asheville Family Dentistry for many years. They have the BEST hygienist, Tracey! She is very good at explaining what’s going on & giving me tips on surviving x-rays & cleanings. They always get me in & out in a timely manner.
West Asheville Family Dentistry is conveniently located, sure, but the reason I keep going back is because of their wonderful hygienist Tracey. She must keep little notes on her patients because even at only my second visit with her she took the time to ask me how my kids were doing. Now, after several years, I feel like we’re old friends catching up during my biannual cleaning. Not to be ignored, she is also one of the more gentle hygienists I’ve ever experienced.
Excellent! This is a friendly and professional office. Crystal helped me with provider information and even called the Insurance company for me. Having my teeth cleaned by Missy was a pleasant experience, she was thorough and informative. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr Webb, who is very personable and took the time to answer all my questions. I have complete confidence in Dr Webb and his staff. I’ve found my Dentist!
